Q: Is Ezhire a service provider or a booking agent?
A: No. Ezhire is not a service provider or agent. We simply provide the platform where businesses list their services. All services are performed by independent businesses, and we do not get involved in bookings, payments or service delivery.

Q: How much does it cost to list on Ezhire?
A: Our current promotional listing fee is R299 per annum. This gives you a full year of exposure on our growing platform.

Q: What kind of businesses can list on Ezhire?
A: Any legally operating South African business that provides a service or rents out equipment. This includes photographers, bakers, decorators, tutors, mobile car washers, plumbers, DJs, caterers and more.

Q: Can I edit my listing after it goes live?

Q: What happens after my 12-month listing expires?
A: We’ll send you a renewal reminder before your listing expires. You’ll have the option to renew for another year at our current listing fee.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We do not currently offer refunds for paid listings. Please ensure you’re happy with the service and details you’ve provided before completing your listing.
