Overview

Our refund and returns policy is on condition that no information has been sent and therefore no work done to your profile. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund but you are more than welcome to change listing details.

To be eligible for change of details, your listing must be inactive and in processing stage.

Conditions of our providers

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

All business transactions, payments, or disputes are between the customer and the service provider. Entity Deep (Pty) Ltd does not mediate, oversee, or take responsibility for service delivery or outcomes.


3. User Accounts and Listings

  • To list your business, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You agree not to use false identities or upload misleading, fraudulent, or infringing content.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or remove listings that breach our terms or community standards.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Listings are charged at a fixed rate of R299 per annum.
  • Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Listings may be subject to review before going live.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of content submitted, but grant Ezhire.co.za a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content on the platform or social media platforms.
  • You must have the right to use any images, logos, or text submitted. Do not upload/send copyrighted material without permission.
  • Any copyright strike for images belonging to someone else will result in immediate removal of your account/listing.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • We do not endorse or guarantee any business or service listed on our platform.
  • Ezhire.co.za and Entity Deep (Pty) Ltd are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, claim or dissatisfaction resulting from services listed on our website.
  • Use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post illegal, harmful, or offensive material;
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your business;
  • Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the platform’s functionality.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform without notice for conduct that violates these Terms.


9. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
